Comfortable detached villa with private pool in the urbanisation Els Pinares. The decor is modern and the living room has a magnificent view of the surroundings and the Mediterranean Sea.

On arrival there is a parking place on your private property (one car). The front door leads to the ground floor. Here are the living room, kitchen, which is fully equipped, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and both bedrooms below have direct access to the pool and terrace.

The staircase leads to the upper floor. Here are the other bedrooms and one bathroom. From the overflow you also have a view of the living room and a sofa bed for 2 persons. All upstairs bedrooms have access to an additional terrace. One bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed with a trundle below it. The other bedroom has twin beds and from the stairs to the top, from this bedroom, you enter the 5th bedroom with a double bed (not locked).

A refreshing dip in the pool or just read a book or magazine in one of the loungers offers tranquility where you probably longed for lately. Or just do nothing and dream away at the amazing sea view!
