Fabulous views! Just steps to the community's dock, this bayfront three-story 4-bedroom, 3-bath single-family vacation home is situated on a cul-de-sac in the neighborhood of Seatowne. This dog-friendly getaway is located the bay side of Coastal Highway, but walking distance to the Fenwick Island beaches. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more: 2 TVs (including a Netflix-capable TV, available with guest's own account), 2 DVDs, outside shower, Wifi. Plus, XBox 360 (courtesy item not guaranteed). Community outdoor pool and tennis courts. Fishing pier on the bay. *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
