Beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath, smoke-free condo on 9th fairway of Ocean Pines Golf Course as featured on Houzz. Within walking distance of two pools, two marinas, boat/paddleboard rental, and bayside restaurant featuring tiki bar with live music. Walk to the first tee-box of the Robert Trent Jones-designed championship golf course.

Additional Ocean Pines amenities include skatepark, Racquet Sports Complex (tennis, pickleball, and platform tennis), indoor pool, playgrounds, library, free Concerts in the Park, Family Fun Nights, Farmers & Artisans Market and nearby grocery store, restaurants, bagel shop, and ice cream shop.

Ocean Pines is a bay side resort/residential community located 7 miles from Ocean City beaches just across the Route 90 bridge. It was awarded the Safest Community in Maryland. Avoid the hassle of Ocean City parking with complementary Ocean Pines Beach Club parking permit, located on 49th street across from Seacrets. Photos of "Amenities" at Ocean Pines web site.

The lower level features a family room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, wet bar, and stacked washer/dryer. The second level boasts 11’ ceilings, newly renovated/fully equipped kitchen, living room w/adjoining sun room, 1 BR and bath. Enjoy wifi and 5 flat screen TVs w/Roku including two smart TVs in the living room and family room/wet bar. All linens and towels and beach mats are included. A charcoal grill is located just off the deck.

Home is dog-friendly but requires prior authorization. Please indicate breed/weight and age with inquiry. Stow your bikes for excellent biking with over 9 miles of bike-friendly Ocean Parkway.

Visit local attractions including America’s Coolest Small Town (Berlin), Ocean City Boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not, Ocean Downs Casino/Harness Racing, Frontier Town, DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum, Grand Prix Amusements, and Tanger Outlets. Don’t miss the wild ponies at Assateague Island State and National Parks.

Must be 25+ years of age to rent. Lessee shall reduce noise levels after 10 PM. One dedicated parking space is provided in addition to 27 additional community parking spaces for general use. Please inquire if you have a larger group, No smoking, cats or subletting permitted.

Great place and hosts. The property is well kept and clean. Plenty of space for at least 6-7 people. I liked sitting on the porch and watching the golfers as they came by. Would stay again!

Great Stay!

We had a great 2 week stay at Fairway to Heaven! The place was a perfect layout for my husband and I to ‘work from home’ one downstairs and one upstairs at the kitchen table. The home had everything we needed plus a fantastic view of the OP golf course - right at hole 9. Our hosts were very responsive as well. We will definitely come back!

Great place! Close to the beach with a ton of activities to do close by. After checking in I had one issue that I spoke to the owners about. I got a response back quickly and it was resolved. I would definitely stay here again.

Great time discovering Md and Va

This was a great property. It’s just as described. We used it as a base for Assateague and Chincoteague Islands. You can get a week pass for Assateague so it’s amazing and swimming in the bay is so clear calm and refreshing. You will love it.

Clean & Convenient

Jeff & Susan’s place was super clean and convenient as we explored the Delaware and Maryland beaches and towns. We even enjoyed sipping our coffee sitting on the deck watching the golfers chip onto the ninth green. We would return.

The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay there for a nearby baseball tournament. Be aware there is an extra charge to use the pool. Good to know ahead of time.

Our stay was very pleasant . The house was equipped with everything. We loved the layout & decor of house. We liked that it was 2 floors & our daughters felt like they had their own place. The owners are wonderful & readily available. We were in the Pines for our Dad’s memorial & although we were still grieving, this home put a smile on our face especially being on the golf course.

Family Time!

First family vacation in over 3 years and the first with our granddaughters and pups. We had a great time. The property was right on the 9th hole of the golf course, it had a big tree for the pups to lay under and out of the sun. It was a short distance to everything you want including ocean city MD. Fairway to Heaven

Great location with tons of activity and a million dollar view. We enjoyed golf at several different courses (discount green fees available if you shop around), tennis and pickle ball at the local racquet club as well dinner, drinks and music at the yacht club. Not to mention OCMD beach and many local dining options. On top of that just sitting on the porch and enjoying the fairway and water view with our pup was so satisfying. We will be coming back!

Fairway to Heaven

The unit was very cute. We had very high temperature the days we stayed. We ran the airconditioning to keep the upstairs comfortable but the downstairs bedrooms became very cold. They could use more lighting downstairs. Overall our stay was nice.

FUN, Relaxing Stay

Jeff and Sue were so accessible and friendly! Jeff was super easy to contact and responded right way. He gave lots of great suggestions of places to go, things to do and restaurants to eat at. Location of property was in a great spot...close to Ocean City and Berlin! Loved going to Assateague National Seashore...very easy, quick drive and Frontier Waterpark was great for a break from the beach for a day! We truly enjoyed our stay! Loved that the house was dog friendly to bring our fur babies and so clean! Also, the beds were extremely Comfortable!!!!!

We had a very nice stay at Fairway to Heaven. Ocean Pines is a really nice community with lots to do. The 2 floor condo was clean and relatively well equipped. Would have liked a propane grill out back but otherwise had everything else we needed. Jeff and Sue were great hosts and got back to me very quickly With any questions that I had. Thanks Jeff & Sue!

Great place for a relaxing family vacation

We had a great time in this beautifully decorated and very clean condo. We loved the layout of the house! We were traveling with 2 kids (9-11) and 2 seniors (65+) the kids and grandparents stayed in the rooms downstairs while my husband and I stayed in the King bedroom upstairs. The house is let friendly but doesn’t smell like there are pets so very well cleaned, with pet covers on couches. The kitchens and bathrooms were well equipped and clean! The views of the golf course were great and our fur baby loves the sun porch and doggy bowls. We will definitely be back again!
