Located on the oceanside of Coastal Highway in prestigious North Bethany, this community offers oceanfront and oceanside single and multilevel vacation homes with easy access to a private beach. Soak up the sunshine or enjoy the shade in the outdoor living space. Conveniently located to downtown Bethany Beach where you can stroll on the boardwalk or enjoy dining and shopping. No Pets Please unless otherwise noted. This multilevel vacation home is located in Ocean Village on the oceanside a short distance to the ocean. Level one offers 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Level two offers a large living, dining, kitchen area, sitting area, deck and powder room. Enjoy the view from the *rooftop deck and two outside showers! Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW No smoking Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available *rooftop deck will be unavailable for summer 2024, as repairs will be completed in fall 2024. Sorry for any inconvenience.
