Stock up your full-size refrigerator and prepare home-cooked meals in the well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with a wood-capped breakfast bar and a table for six. Meet up in the cozy living area and watch something together on the cable-equipped flatscreen TV. Outside, dine on the front porch or take in the view of the adjacent marsh from the furnished, screened-in back patio - a great place to watch for birds and other wildlife. You and your guests will also enjoy access to several Bethany Bay amenities including a shared pool, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, and a nine-hole, par-three golf course, all on-site. Great location. The pool was perfect for the location. Wifi did not work for the entire stay. Cleanliness was subpar. Arrival and departure information was not communicated unless requested. If you are looking for a no frills location, with limited communication, this location is a good fit.

We enjoyed our time at Bethany Bay. It was a nice, quiet community within a reasonable driving distance from Bethany Beach. The space was a perfect size for two travelers but could accommodate up to 4 comfortably. We liked sitting on the screened-in back deck to enjoy breakfast and watch the rainstorms. The video for the check-in was helpful; however, the code we were given to unlock the door was slightly different than the code that actually worked. We initially had some issues with the wifi broadcasting and working consistently. After lots of troubleshooting on our part and communicating with the host, it finally worked a few days into our trip. There were no beach towels or other beach accessories provided. Overall, we had a great time and would return.
