Back at home in your villa, there's space for the whole family to kick back and unwind. Settle into the living room and watch a movie, or play one of the provided board games around the six-person table. The chef in your group will appreciate the spacious kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Need some fresh air post-dinner? Step outside to your furnished deck that's nestled under the trees.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
