The Space:

This condo's private southern-facing balcony has a view of the boardwalk, beach, and ocean. Enjoy swimming in the shared indoor pool just downstairs or walk out to the beach and enjoy a day in the sun just steps away. Come home from a day of family fun and the well-equipped kitchen, which is great for making popcorn for a movie night with the family after a long day of fun. While this home does not have central air-conditioning, it is equipped with split-system air-conditioning.



Things to Know

Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.

The indoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

This home is equipped with a queen air mattress for additional sleeping space.



Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

I was given false information about it being an oceanfront condo with a direct view of the ocean that overlooked the boardwalk. It also was not a private balcony but listed as one. To me private refers to no one being able to see or hear you. This was not the case at all. There was also a cockroach the size of a quarter in the bedroom dead on the floor that we found as we were unpacking our stuff.

The communication was so delayed. Even though they said available 24/7. We stayed for 4 days and it would take 24 hrs between messages. It was awful especially when we expected the dryer to work. We had no dry towels or clothes to go to the beach the next day. It was a horrible experience trying to dry clothes on the deck with the wind. We have 2 small children and messaged about the dryer not working. There was no solution. We ended up buying new towels so we could have dry towels at the beach on a chillier daym Also the drawer below the stove never pushed in and you could walk by and get your toe caught on it due to the hallway not being very big. Also the toilet paper holder was falling off and the toilet paper had to keep rolling off.
