Welcome to 6205 Island Club! This full renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condo 2nd floor flat is located just steps from the beach, pool and all the fabulous Island Club amenities! Get ready to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves in the distance and overlooking the tranquil lagoon.

The open-concept floor plan makes this property the perfect space for family gatherings. The living area has comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, as well as a Smart TV and access to the private patio through glass sliding doors.

The dining area seats six comfortably. The kitchen beyond is sure to please with recently installed stainless appliances, as well as granite counters and plenty of cabinet and counter space.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, with a mattress and box spring new for 2026. This room also has a flat screen TV, large walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed and a flat screen TV. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

This was a very lovely place very close to the beach. We did not have a beach view, but that may be due to all the beautiful trees and nature. We looked directly over the well kept lagoon. Being that close to the beach was the best part maybe 5 minute walk, This place will go fast once they replace the carpet, but it was still lovely and peaceful. We will come back
