This 95-square-meter penthouse, newly built in 2022, is situated on a majestic hill in a completely peaceful location in the heart of Kinheim-Kindel, offering panoramic views of the Moselle and the steep slopes of Kinheim-Kindel.

The Accommodation:
The floor plan is modern, and thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, the 95 square metres feels like a true space miracle.
The two terraces invite you to linger at any time of day or night.
One is 15 square metres with sun all day long, and the other is 20 square metres facing the Moselle. Perfect for a breakfast in the sun.

The amenities are luxurious and high-quality: premium wood-look laminate flooring, wood-aluminum panoramic windows, Hansgrohe fixtures, a Duravit toilet, and a walk-in shower.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: a dishwasher, oven, large drawers, and a fully automatic coffee machine are all available.
You’ll find a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. A private parking space is available.
The beautiful panoramic living-dining area overlooks the Moselle. A smart TV and Wi-Fi are installed, and the panoramic terrace, complete with a lounge area, is the perfect spot to enjoy a wonderful glass of Moselle wine.
The couch converts into a 1.60-wide sleeping area in just a few simple steps. It features a separate spring mattress. The bedding is stored in the built-in bed storage compartment.

A parking space is available exclusively in front of the house.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung rundum genossen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Man kann sich wirklich wohl fühlen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf die Mosel

Wir haben die Woche in der sehr komfortablen, modern eingerichteten Ferienwohnung in Kinheim sehr genossen. Die FeWo liegt ideal für Wanderungen oder Radtouren, so kann man zum Beispiel direkt vom Haus aus eine schöne Tour über den Kluckertspfad zur Klosterruine in Wolf laufen, auch ein Abstecher zum Mont royal, nach Kröv oder Traben-Trarbach ist empfehlenswert. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeberin, die sich schon bei der Ankunft liebevoll um uns gekümmert hat. Wir werden definitiv gerne Wiederkommen. Gislinde und Rainer
