This coastal bungalow is one half of a duplex that has been completely renovated for your enjoyment! The sunlit interior offers high ceilings, wood floors, and new appliances. After fun-filled days exploring the coast, kick back for movie nights on the smart TV in the living area. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides all you need to create your favorite meals. A gas grill creates another way to prepare your dishes. The outdoor space is appointed with a firepit, ideal for stargazing. No matter the occasion, this wonderfully located retreat is just the spot you are looking for. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. A double sofabed adds an extra sleeping option. Streaming is available with guests' own account(s). This vacation rental does not have heat.

The location was great, as it was less than a 20-minute walk to Seagull Beach (and it is a beautiful walk) and close to both the Yarmouth businesses and Hyannis. The place was spacious, and the fenced-in backyard was great for our pup. If you ever needed anything, communication via text was established before you even checked in and extremely helpful. Would definitely book again!

The cottage was very clean, and the location was great for what we were doing on the Cape. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog and the neighborhood was quiet and was a nice place to go for a walk or bike down to the beach.The only drawback was the bed wasn't firm enough for our personal preference.

The place was good overall, simple and good enough location for what we needed. The only negative feedback we have is that the bed sheets/comforter were dirty. There what was what appeared to be dog/pet hair all over the comforter and in the sheets, perhaps from a previous guest. One annoyance we encountered was that the bedroom window (behind bed) faced a house that kept a flood light on all night and the shades barely did anything to block out the light, which kept us up. We recommend installing curtains for this window. Overall our stay was good.

The rental itself was nice and as described in the listing. The check in process was a total misery. The keypad lock on the front door did not work and the lockbox meant to house a mechanical key was completely empty. After a few hours of waiting around for someone to bring me a key, a "maintenance man" came with a key -- he was outrageously rude, impatient, unprofessional, and wildly inappropriately verbally aggressive. The lock never worked properly for the rest of the week and I had to leave the house unlocked when I was out of the house. No way was I going to contact these people again to get additional help with the inoperable bolt.
