Nettes Häuschen, Beschreibung aber lückenhaft

Wir waren über Silvester in diesem Haus, da unser Hund das Geböller nicht verträgt. Ich bin zusätzlich noch Teilzeit-Rollstuhlfahrer. Entgegen der Beschreibung ist das Haus nicht "barrierefreundlich". Die Hofeinfahrt besteht aus Schotter, auf der man nicht fahren kann. Der Flur ist zugestellt, sodass man dort weder mit einem Rollstuhl noch einem Rolllator durch kommt. Das Haus steht in einem Neubaugebiet, in dem noch kein Endausbau der Straßen stattgefunden hat. eine richtige Straße existiert nicht, lediglich eine Baustraße aus verdichtetem Sand mit vielen Schlaglöchern. Keine Straßenbeleuchtung, keine Gehwege. Im Winter ist am Meer alles abgebaut. Bei uns war der Backofen dreckig und einige Spinnenweben waren an den Wänden. Ansonsten von der Sauberkeit her okay und man hat eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, die Einfahrt über ein Tor gesichert. Wir haben eine nachträgliche Rechnung über 30 Euro für unseren Hund bekommen, obwohl er über die fewo-Buchung angemeldet wurde. In den AGBs oder Bestimmungen der Unterkunft ist darüber aber nichts nachvollziehbares zu entdecken. Schade.

Wirklich tolles Haus. Sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage war sehr ruhig. Dort kann man die Seele baumeln lassen.

Urlaub im Neubaugebiet

Schönes, sehr gut ausgestattet Haus!!! Jedes SZ mit TV. Perfekt eingezäunt. Leider wird überall gebaut, das kann schon mal unangenehm sein. Da noch alles im Wachstum ist, fehlt wohl auch noch eine Infrastruktur. Der Weg zum Wasser (nicht Strand) ist in der Hausbeschreibung wohl eher Luftlinie. Wir würden wieder kommen, warten aber vielleicht noch, bis soweit alles fertig ist.

Schöne Zeit mit Hindernissen

DasObjekt ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alle Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Das Umfeld ist leider noch sehr durch Bauarbeiten bestimmt, was sich sicherlich in einigen Monaten erledigt hat. Die Zufahrtstrasse ist eine absolute Katastrophe und eigentlich nur mit einem SUV zu befahren. Auch zu Spaziergängen ist festes Schuhwerk unerlässlich. Entschädigt wird man durch eine ruhige und schöne Umgebung und eine super Wohnambiente.

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Im Moment stören nur die Bauarbeiten in der Siedlung ein wenig. Sonst sehr ruhig und nahe am Deich / Wasser.
