You’ll stay in a detached 2-room holiday home that sleeps up to 4 people, approximately 44 m², featuring one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed accessible via a ladder, with two separate sleeping spaces for children ages 5 and up. Shower/toilet with a window, storage room. Includes a travel cot and high chair.

Relaxation guaranteed! What makes this house special is its very quiet, secluded location on the edge of the complex, away from traffic. Right next door is a large meadow with views of the countryside and a wooded area, offering access to scenic hiking trails, a sledding hill, and cross-country ski trails. The walk to the centre of Öfingen is about 1 km.



The Öfingen holiday village offers 130 holiday homes in various sizes ranging from approximately 40 to 90 m². Each house features 1 to 2 bedrooms, a living room with cable TV, a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove and oven, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, etc., a furnished sun terrace, and a storage room. One travel cot and one high chair are included in the booking price for our holiday homes. You are welcome to book an additional travel cot or high chair (for a fee).
All holiday homes feature free Wi-Fi internet access.

Centrally located parking spaces ensure that car traffic remains minimal. The kiosk offers fresh baked goods, drinks, newspapers, and magazines.
At the Öfinger Landhaus restaurant, located right in the holiday village, you can enjoy Mediterranean delicacies in a cosy atmosphere.
Right at the entrance to the holiday village, there are two charging stations for electric cars with a total of four charging points providing up to 22 kW.

Recreational activities: playground, library, table tennis (indoors and outdoors), foosball, darts, a pit-pat course, a bocce court, and a Kneipp facility.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
