The bathrooms were clean and the beds had clean sheets, but some of the rooms and couches had a sour smell. The floors, carpet, and some furniture were filthy. There was also an infestation of flies throughout the house. We came in October and there was a dead crab, leaves and dirt in the pool. Additionally, the house is very rundown ex: the sink in the island had no rubber cover, and the disposal blades were exposed and full of food, water stains on the ceiling, dirty furniture, chipped paint, outdoor cabana did not work, shower head was clogged, etc. Positives- very close to the beach access, two dishwashers, grills, fridges, and washers and dryers, nice view of the ocean.
