The pools close at 7pm. (But why?) The pillows are teeny tiny. And despite the listing, the water park is not included in the stay—you get a “discounted” ticket at 25 each. They were not willing to make this right even though I sent them a screenshot of their own listing where it stated the watermark was an amenity and there would be no extra fees. Would not recommend this host.

Thanks for sharing. We're sorry to hear that the listing information that you had seen about the water park didn't match your experience, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. This falls short of what we expect, and we've shared your concerns with the team to review. We appreciate you holding us accountable, and we hope you'll give us another chance to provide a better experience in the future
