With its location just a few kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea in beautiful rural surroundings, the house is the ideal place for a relaxing getaway with the whole family. Here you can relax in an appealing ambience with plenty of space for joint activities, but also retreat possibilities are available. Look forward to shared meals and cozy evenings in inviting seating. Fire in the fireplace and listen to the cozy crackling of the flames while you chat for a long time.



Make yourself comfortable on the terrace with a cup of coffee or a cold drink and let the first rays of sunshine enchant you with the magnificent view.



In the scenic surroundings of Rojales you can take long tours by bike. The charming town on the Segura River also has some sights to offer: Visit the historic windmill on the outskirts of town, the water wheel and the old stone bridge in the center, and last but not least, the fascinating caves Cuevas del Rodeo. Once carved into the rock as dwellings, they now house workshops and markets with handicrafts.

Wir haben als Familie eine Woche im August 2025 in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht.Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und das Haus ist sehr schön:- sehr sauber- viele Dinge vorhanden: Putzutensilien, Waschmaschine, Wäscheleine, Küchen-Equipment, Tischdecken ...- sehr schön angelegtes Grundstück: kaum einsehbar von anderen, mit Pflanzen und Palmen, parken ist allerdings nur an der Straße möglich- Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus- ruhige Gegend - kaputte Dinge wurden noch direkt während unseres Aufenthaltes repariert- Und das Highlight: toller, großer Pool, für Kinder und Erwachsene ideal, hatten Sonne am Pool von morgens bis ca 18 Uhr abendsKurz: Wir waren absolut zufrieden mit dem Haus
