Great location but a bit worn down

The villa is located near the sea with nice small beaches in walking distance. The house itself is good for 4 families with seperate apartments, outdoor kitchen and a lovely pool. Only downside was the standard of the furniture and equipments. Many chairs etc was worn down and parts of the garden would need a refresch. Upside was the host Anna, really nice and service minded. All in all we enjoyed our stay but if the standard had been higher so would the rating.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa. L’hôte est très gentille, disponible et réactive en cas de besoin. La villa est très spacieuse, les parties communes étaient propres et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande piscine, parfaitement adaptée à notre groupe de 14 personnes. L’emplacement est également idéal, proche de la mer et de la ville.Nous avons cependant été un peu déçus par l’entretien des extérieurs. Malgré leur grande superficie et leur potentiel, certains espaces donnent une impression de laisser-aller : plusieurs transats étaient cassés ou abîmés, le hamac était trop sale pour être utilisé, certaines lumières ne fonctionnaient pas et des carreaux de mosaïque se décollaient dans la piscine.C’est dommage, car avec un petit rafraîchissement et davantage d’entretien, cette villa pourrait être vraiment superbe, d’autant que certains de ces points avaient déjà été mentionnés dans des avis datant de 2024.

Superbe villa, extérieurs superbes, piscine très grande nous étions 20 personnes. Anna est une hôte d'exception, très accueillante et très sympathique ! La villa est très bien placée pour visiter la costa blanca.
