This charming ground-floor apartment, facing southeast, offers 42 m² of space—plenty of room for an unforgettable stay on the coast. The accommodation is ideal for couples, small families, and anyone seeking relaxation and a variety of recreational activities.

The apartment features a tastefully furnished bedroom that comfortably accommodates up to two people. Here you’ll find a quiet retreat after an eventful day at the beach. The modern living room, which opens onto the fully equipped kitchen, creates a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and socialising. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality kitchen utensils, an oven, a glass-ceramic stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment—ideal for preparing your own meals.

Another highlight of the apartment is the covered balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh air and take in the view of the surrounding area. From here, it’s just 150 metres to the sandy beach—the ideal place to unwind and soak up the sun. The apartment also offers a partial ocean view.

The area surrounding the holiday park offers numerous recreational opportunities and activities. From beach volleyball and table tennis to mini-golf and bocce, as well as bike tours and hikes—there’s something for everyone here. The nearby amusement park, along with additional sports activities such as tennis and fishing, ensure that boredom is the last thing on your mind during your holiday. There are also playgrounds and recreational facilities nearby for families.

Your comfort is ensured by the modern amenities of the accommodation, which include, among other things, a 55-inch TV. A laundry room in the basement of the multistorey building has a washing machine and a dryer, which can be used for a fee.

The apartment is a smoke-free property and also offers private parking for your vehicle, as we recommend using a car for your excursions. There is access to public transport, and the nearest train station and bus stop are approximately 1 km away.

In the area, you’ll also find a variety of amenities such as a beach bar, restaurants, and an ATM, which will make your stay even more enjoyable. The holiday park’s quiet location allows you to sit back and enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings while also exploring the region’s cultural attractions.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—which is especially pleasant for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is lifeguarded during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
