Welcome to your dream vacation in this lovingly and elegantly furnished apartment that combines a unique location with modern comfort.



Enjoy an exclusive setting right on the waterfront, offering stunning sea views from almost every corner of the approx. 47 m² apartment on the 2nd floor (House A). You're just 40 meters from the sandy beach, which you can reach without crossing any roads.



The highlight is your private in-apartment sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach (operated by coin, available for an extra fee). The stylish living and sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an electric leather sofa, both positioned to let you enjoy the sea view. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system.



The open, fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, high oven, microwave, water filter, and more. The dining table seats four. The quiet, interior bedroom includes another large bed (140 x 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe, and its own flat-screen TV. The modern bathroom features a towel warmer and a hairdryer.



Families will find plenty to enjoy: games, DVD player, and a separate children's room in the apartment, plus a playground, mini-golf, foosball, and table tennis in the park. Hansa-Park is within walking distance.



Dogs are welcome, and you have direct access to the dog beach. Enjoy your getaway with comfort, sea views, and private wellness.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit perfektem Ausblick

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung war atemberaubend schön. Wenn man bereits durch die Eingangstür gegangen ist, hat man das Meer über die Fenster erblicken können. Die Ausstattung war super, es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Das Bett war gemütlich und in der Wohnung war alles top sauber. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern, sieht meiner Meinung nach jedoch in echt sogar besser aus. Das Auto konnte in dem Parkhaus des Wohnkomplexes kostenlos sicher geparkt werden. Das Highlight unserer Reise war natürlich, dass der Hundestrand direkt vor der Ferienunterkunft war. Da ich mit meiner Hündin angereist war, war dies super praktisch. Auf dieser Seite geht auch der Sonnenaufgang auf, der sich fantastisch vom Strand aus beobachten lässt. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung definitiv weiter empfehlen und würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Cons: Der Balkon war leider verdreckt, besonders der Boden (ausgenommen der Tisch auf dem Balkon, der war sauber). Das war nicht weiter dramatisch, jedoch nicht besonders schön, wenn man barfuß, gerade im Sommer, drauf gegangen ist. Ansonsten war die Wohnung super sauber.

Meerblick und direkt am Strand gelegen

Pros: Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Private Sauna-Nutzung möglich; an kalten oder verregneten Tagen war das ein großer Pluspunkt. Sehr schöne Lage Direkt am Strand. Der Hundestrand ist sofort angrenzend und sehr sauber.
