. This cosy two-room holiday rental is located on the 6th floor of the Ferienpark apartment complex and features a furnished northeast-facing balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea and Neustadt Bay. The apartment is approximately 40 m² and accommodates 2–4 people. You can access the balcony from the combined living and dining area. The small kitchen, equipped with an oven and stove, has a serving hatch and is open to the living/dining area. The bedroom is an interior room and is furnished with twin beds (2 x 90 cm x 190 cm). The living area also features a sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm). The modern shower room is an interior room. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Parking space included.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee during your stay.

Dogs are permitted for a fee upon prior registration.

All of our properties are non-smoking.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any streets—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers excellent conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside path along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities in the area around the holiday park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread roll kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
