The cosy “Dolce Vita” holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the Ferienpark Sierksdorf apartment complex and stands out for its location near the beach and its pleasant, homely atmosphere. The accommodation is located just about 200 metres from the beach promenade with its beach cafés and the supervised swimming beach. The popular HANSA-PARK is also only about 100 metres away and offers a variety of recreational activities.

The approximately 42 m² holiday apartment is ideal for up to 2 people and features a functional yet cosy layout. The bright living area is warmly furnished and harmoniously combines the living, dining, and sleeping areas. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and create a pleasant living atmosphere. A comfortable corner sofa bed and a decorative electric fireplace invite you to relax.

The adjoining southeast-facing balcony is furnished and features an awning, so you can enjoy relaxing hours outdoors when the weather is nice—with a view of the greenery and the Baltic Sea.

The separate sleeping area is furnished with a double bed (2x 90 cm x 200 cm, mattress firmness level 4) and offers a comfortable retreat.

The separate kitchen is well-equipped and features, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, allowing you to comfortably prepare your own meals during your stay.

The bright bathroom has a modern and functional design and is equipped with a shower and toilet.

A private parking space is available to you free of charge. The A1 highway north of Hamburg is easily accessible and connects the popular coastal towns along Lübeck Bay. Lübeck’s main train station is about 30 km away, and connecting trains run regularly to the HANSA-PARK stop.

The holiday complex and its immediate surroundings offer numerous recreational activities, such as biking, hiking, mini-golf, playgrounds and football fields, bowling, a swimming pool, table tennis, street chess, and HANSA-PARK.

The holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Bed linens and towels are not included in the price and can either be brought from home or rented for a fee. The complex features a laundry room for shared use, available for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during the breeding season.

An ideal accommodation for couples or solo travellers who appreciate short walks to the beach, a quiet location, and a variety of recreational activities.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly situated on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers excellent conditions for swimming and is lifeguarded during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The well-known Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
