This cosy 55-square-meter holiday rental offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Baltic Sea from the 8th floor—you can enjoy the sun here from sunrise until the afternoon. From the living room, with its large panoramic window, you have access to the spacious balcony, which is equipped with an awning. The small kitchen, featuring a stove and oven, is integrated into the living and dining area. The bedroom features a large double bed with a full-length mattress (180 x 200 cm) and a window overlooking the Baltic Sea—wake up to a view of the sea; what better way to start the day! The sofa in the living room converts into a bed (140 x 200 cm). The bathroom with a bathtub is located inside the apartment. The lift on the right requires a key to access the 8th floor.
The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is right outside the door and can be reached in just a few minutes on foot without having to cross any streets. Parking space included.

The holiday rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers excellent conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park provide plenty of variety. Amenities in the area include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
