Welcome to the 3-room holiday apartment No. 006,

. The apartment is located in the first row of low-rise buildings in a well-maintained holiday complex right on the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach in Sierksdorf. From the furnished terrace facing southeast, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. The partially covered terrace offers a sheltered outdoor space with sun protection—ideal for a relaxing start to the day or a cosy get-together in the evening to unwind after active days in the sea air. In the living area, a sofa invites you to linger, while free Wi-Fi and a TV ensure you’ll be well entertained even when the weather is bad. The open kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room and features a serving hatch leading to the dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The large dining table serves as the focal point for shared meals. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm), and the second bedroom has a bunk bed (each 90 cm x 190 cm). The bathroom is practically equipped with a shower, sink, mirror, and toilet, and is located inside the apartment. The beach is just a few steps away without having to cross any streets. Parking space included.

The apartment is particularly well-suited for families with children: playgrounds and numerous recreational and sports facilities—such as table tennis, foosball, mini-golf, and football—are located within the resort or in the immediate vicinity. Activities such as hiking, biking, Nordic walking, jogging, as well as yoga and Pilates can be enjoyed in the scenic surroundings. A nearby amusement park and a zoo also offer exciting excursions.

The holiday rental provides our guests with free Wi-Fi during their stay.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the Ferienpark offer plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The well-known Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
