Stayed 5 nights. The place was nice. Clean and reasonably well maintained. Having 2 BRs and 2 baths with double bowl sinks was great. Also a great location. So I’d give the place 4.5 stars.The big issue I have is communication with the host. Leading up to and during stay communication was great and host was very responsive. The problem is and still at the time I’m writing this review is after checkout. My son unfortunately left his iPad in the unit. I informed the host about 6 hours after checkout when he realized he left it. We were already 400 miles on our return to home and I offered to pay for shipping and to pay someone 50 for their time to ship the iPad.That was 2 weeks ago and I still have no resolution. My son’s iPad is still in Pigeon Forge per tracking app. I’ve been reaching out every couple of days and I have been getting the same response of “I understand your frustration”…”I’m checking with my team”…”I will get back to you with an update”…”thanks for your patience”. I have NOT received ANY proactive update from the host. A few days ago I was told the iPad will be shipped by the end of the week. It’s 9pm Eastern time on July 3rd and host has not sent me a tracking number.I completely understand that leaving the iPad is on us. But asking the host to arrange shipping at no cost AND paying someone 50 is more than fair.I delayed posting my review in hopes this would have been resolved but this is last day to do so, thus I have no choice.
