This house is beautiful and well equipped with items you may forget to bring, like shampoo, conditioner, hand-soap, beach towels, coffee makers, Keurig coffee pods, and even toothpaste. The beautiful swimming pool was the highlight of our trip--my family and I had so much fun swimming and playing in the pool. The ocean/beach was basically 2 streets away; so only a short walk. We were all sad to leave, and would definitely rent this house again.

We had a wonderful time at Cahooz. Our hosts Jay and Badria were exceptionally responsive. The description of the home was very accurate, the pictures were helpful and accurate and we deeply appreciated some of the helpful information about climate, presence of insects due to proximity to the bay- good to have a heads up!), and we were impressed with how well stocked the house was in regard to kitchen ware and baby gear as well as beach items. We did not have to buy or supplement a thing! There were a few minor issues such as one bike had a flat tire (which Jay fixed within the hour and left a bike pump in case we needed it again) and a bedside table lamp that needed a bulb which was addressed immediately. A few minor maintenance issues like a door lock that did not work, a bathroom fan that didn’t work and a sink and tub drain that ran slow but the issues were minor and did not detract from the pleasure of our stay. Jay and Badria were really responsive and helpful!

We had a great stay at this beach house. It was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. The host was friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
