The West Woods and Morris Farm trail will lead you through 200 acres of land, over streams and bridges, and through the Sortwell Memorial Forest and Morris Farm. The Water Trail is a trail down the Back River that is best enjoyed in a kayak or canoe. The location was great. You can walk into town and grab a coffee at the Bakery, easily grab a lobster roll at Red's for lunch, scroll across the bridge to take in the views, or walk down the street to Water St Bar & Restaurant - make sure to leave room for dessert. The cottage is just right for 2 people. Comfy bed with extra pillows & blankets. Nice bathroom w/a roomy shower with great water pressure. Kitchen has almost everything you need, but you may want to bring a large pot to cook your lobsters along with lobster crackers/picks/forks. 2 minor issues: The kitchen sink was very slow to drain - had to plunge it and then it worked better, but don't run the water too hard. Had a few black ants walking around and 2 spiders under the table in the kitchen and under the bathroom sink. Please note that the upper deck area is not included with the cottage. But does have a cute patio area to use. All in all, we would stay there again.

Perfect location for walking to much of what the beautiful town of Wiscasset has to offer. Dedicated parking space was right next to the unit. A small kitchenette had everything we needed for our short visit. Bed was comfortable. Outdoor seating areas were nice and had a water view.

This place was very clean, communication was great as well as location to exploring Boothbay Harbor, Ocean Point walk and Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens! The guy that lives upstairs was SO friendly and fun to talk to- he gave us lots of ideas of things to do and places to eat in the area! A bonus! We did also appreciate the individually wrapped kitchen sponges and soap!

Great location

This property was a great hub for our daily adventures and is just a little down (and across) the street from Red’s Eats. The space was just right for the limited time we spent indoors. Window a/c worked fine and the bed was comfy.
