Montgomery Cottage is conveniently located in the historic and artful city of Rockland. A short walk away in this quiet neighborhood is the harbor, a park, the Coastal Children's Museum, and the Sail Power and Steam Museum. It is six blocks to the galleries, shops, and restaurants on Main Street.

Montgomery is a cozy and completely renovated Cape with a fully modern kitchen and baths. The house has comfortable furnishings, plus a laundry room in the basement. There is a picnic shelter in the backyard for outdoor dining.

Rosegate is a lovely home! The place was spotless and well equipped. The location is outstanding and very convenient to everything in the area. Probably the best thing is that”Rosegate” felt like home instead of a rental. We will definitely stay at this home again!

Boothbay Family Vacation

The home was lovely and perfect for our family (ages mid 50’s/ mid 20’s/ early 30’s and a 3 year old.) The location can’t be beat, and the view…WOW!! The extra touches and care taken to make the house a home don’t go unnoticed, from the pottery barn quilts to the upholstered headboards. We had a fabulous time and hope to return next fall!
