SUPPLIES
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for minimum 2 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of our guests to replenish these items.

SECURITY & PRIVACY
For the security of our guests and property protection, this property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property (outside pointing to the entrance) and back patio area (Outside surveying the back and side of the house).

BUGS & CRITTERS
We routinely spray for bugs and insects. However, if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, we recommend you keep the doors and windows closed.

CLEANLINESS
This is a family-owned property. We appreciate you treating our home with respect and courtesy as you would your own. We kindly ask you that please leave it just as beautiful as you found it. If the property is left exceptionally dirty, we may assess an additional fee up to $500 for perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes left in the sink, furniture rearranged, trash not taken out, etc.

We utilize noise and cigarette smoke detectors. We do not permit smoking of any kind anywhere inside of the property.

To preserve the quality of our luxury home and furnishings, events and parties are only permitted with host approval.

HOUSE RULES: All guests will honor rules and use of the rental property. It is further agreed that all guests will abide by NOT SMOKING inside the home. Guest agrees to pay for any or all expenses (deodorizing, cleaning and if property cannot be prepared for the next guest, the cost to relocate said guest) if evidence of smoking is found inside the home.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!! A $500 fine will be assessed + ADDITION professional cleaning cost to remediate animal odors per pet if rule is broken.

Guest access
You will have private access to the entire home and its amenities, with the exception of the garage which is not available for guest use. We offer simple, hassle-free check-in to get your vacation started right away.

Other things to note
Please take a moment to review these important details before your stay.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials like trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper to last for the first couple of days. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items for longer stays.

• Security: For your security and our property's protection, exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance and surveying the back patio area. There are no cameras inside the home.

• Cleanliness: We take pride in our home and ask that you treat it with respect. If the property is left exceptionally dirty (e.g., perishable food left out, dirty dishes, rearranged furniture), an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 may be assessed.

• Local Wildlife: Florida is a sub-tropical climate. While we routinely spray for pests, you may encounter lizards, iguanas, or insects. Keeping doors and windows closed will help keep them outside.

• Noise Monitoring: The home is equipped with a noise detector to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.
