This home was perfect for our stay and so close to many nice areas. Also, the nearby restaurant and facilities are amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.
Love staying at BLR, and love staying at the Ashburn’s. Has everything we need, great hiking nearby. Staff at the property - boathouse, restaurant, etc are all very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful location
This home was very nice & we had a most enjoyable time! The furnishings were beautiful & the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. The porch was lovely & we enjoyed sitting out there listening to the babbling stream. Great vacation spot!
We stayed here for Fall Break and absolutely loved Mark's property. It was in the perfect location, off the beaten path but the Bear Lake community offered several close to home amenities and very convenient hiking trails. The cabin was very well-appointed, comfortable and Mark's communication leading up to our stay was outstanding. We plan on coming back for future getaways!
The house is located near the entrance of the Bear Lake Reserve (private) community, which makes its great for day trips in the mountains. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved the covered porch and enchanting forest that surrounds the cottage!
