Cozy on the coast of Tybee

A bright and cozy condo on the north end of Tybee. With pickle ball and tennis courts, 2 beautiful pools open year round (not heated). We are located on the beach. There are so many great restaurants and shops you can walk to. Or rent bicycle and take a tour of the island ride to the south end to the pier or the shops and walk the main strip. Or take a ride to the light house. It's always a great time on Tybee.Year round winter come for the quite, summer for the sunshine and fun activities.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please turn ac to 74 on check out, take out the trash to the dumpsters at the end of the building by the elevators. Load dish washer and turn it on. Thank you we hope you have had a wonderful stay.
