The modern, 800 sq ft space features two private bedrooms, a full bath, in‑suite laundry, and a well equipped kitchen. Comfortable living/dining area with Wi‑Fi and TV. Located in quiet Willoughby, just minutes from Langley Event Centre, parks, shops, and transit. Sleeps 4. Perfect for families, business travellers or event-goers.

2 bedrooms, 2 beds. One is a twin-size bed (38″ × 75″), which can be converted into a larger sleeping surface by pulling out an additional mattress —effectively doubling its size.

No Drug or Cannabis use, Open Flames, Candles or Fireworks Anywhere on the property---Indoors or Outdoors

No Smoking of cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes.

No undeclared guests, No parties, no Events.

Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am.

Please pay attention to garbage recycling.

If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be ducted from security deposit or sought after.

Please check with us for availability of late checkout. The charge for late checkout until 4 pm is half-day accommodation fee.

The listing said sleeps 4. There were 3 forks, 2 dinner plates, 2 knives, no regular spoons only 2 very small coffee spoons. No salad bowls (no bowls at all except for 3 cereal/soup bowls. Toaster was broken. Light bulbs burnt out. The smells from cooking on the upper floor was overpowering. No instructions on how to operate the electronics. On the other side, the host responded immediately. The unit was very clean. Good location.
