Enormous living area for family gatherings with 3 leather electric reclining sofas. Fully equipped kitchen and large refrigerator. Coffee bar with 3 ways to make your morning cup of Joe. Family friendly with high chair and playpen for toddlers.

Formal dining room with beautiful table & chairs. Lightening fast internet, 4 Smart TVs with all the streaming services including Youtube TV with 130 channels. Best option for gatherings with family and friends.

Washer & Dryer. Large outside deck. (Gas grill available for a $20 fee) Room for 3 cars plus street parking.

Great neighborhood of newer houses. Sparkling clean & private. We're always looking to improve and are ready to serve you!

Location, location, location! Only 6 minutes from Interstate 80 for a larger group of weary travelers looking for a good night’s rest. Just 3-4 minutes from major shopping centers, Adventureland, Prairie Meadows Casino, 8 minutes from State Fair, 13 minutes from downtown Des Moines.

As you can see, this property is priced below most others in its category. A truly rare find!

We are clean freaks and do our own cleaning. All bathrooms and kitchen are sanitized. Air purifiers for the hypoallergenic. If you find one hair or dirty spot, we want to know about it.

But best of all...

You will receive prompt, personal and caring attention from my wife and I. We are ready to serve you! If we don´t have it, we´ll get it! You can call or text me with any special needs.

*Just for clarification, this is NOT a shared property. There is another entirely private and separate unit with its own entrance in the back, lower level. (Not a basement, more like a du-plex) This is where my awesome property manager and his wife stay and they are ready to help you with any situation that may arise, and they are ok if you want to make some noise. But please rest assured, each unit is 100% private with its own entrance, secure locks, parking places, etc.

You will have full access to entire house and walkout deck.

I'm a pastor of a fairly large Spanish speaking Church in Des Moines. I'm also the Spanish chaplain for the AAA Iowa Cubs baseball team. My wife of 30 years, Maria and I have four children, 2 married. We love to travel so I know what makes a vacation rental special! We will soon be a Grampas for the first time and will soon visit my 50th state of the US! (Just need Hawaii) I'm also a real fan of nature, photography, most all sports, history and chess.

The neighborhood is peaceful, all the houses are less than four years old. The home is located in a prime spot, close to stores, Adventureland, Prairie Meadows, and I-80.

We have taken the utmost care to make sure that everything is as comfortable, clean, and convenient as possible. One small example is that we purposely bought a Dreamcloud mattress for the master bedroom which is the highest rated mattress for comfort in most surveys. We want you to have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
