Why they chose this property

I live only a few houses away. We chose this neighborhood when we first moved to CO we fell in love with it. It's charming, the people are friendly, it's safe and quiet.

What makes this property unique

It's in a nice quiet neighborhood that seems to be separate from everything. But in close proximity to the airport, Denver, Boulder; has easy access to multiple highways/freeways, the mountains and so many great places to dine! There's a yard and porch with seating, each bedroom has it's own "theme" and the house is very open and airy.
