This spacious villa comfortably sleeps 12, features themed rooms, a private South facing pool & spa and a game room.
There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed.
The master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower, bathtub and double vanity.
Bedroom 3 has a king bed.
Bedroom 4 has a king bed.
Bedroom 5 & 6 both have 2 twin size beds.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
There is a bathroom downstairs and a full-size washer, dryer, ironing board, and pool towels are included.
Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Cook your home-made meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a breakfast bar.
We have a game room with Air Hockey, Foosball, Pinball machine, Nintendo arcade games and a Flat Screen TV.
We have a beautiful pool and raised jacuzzi spa (heating optional - additional fees apply).
On the pool deck we have loungers, a patio table & chairs.

After a day at the parks come back to a home away from home & enjoy a cool drink sitting in the pool area or bubbling in the spa, it cannot get much better!
Peace of mind the High Grove resort is a gated community. Uncrowded amenities! Including community pool, fitness, Club house, play area for the kids and hot tub to relax in the Florida sunshine! This is a must rent to create magical memories!
Please note:

This property is self-catering--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to be purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
