Whether you’re unwinding in the garden, the tranquil living areas or enjoying a peaceful night’s sleep, this serene retreat invites you to make lasting memories. We are walking distance to excellent restaurants and unique shops in Northwood Village, 1 mile from Downtown WPB, City Place and Palm Beach Island. The airport is 7 minutes away, beautiful beaches 10 minute drive. The perfect location for all you wants and needs. We think our place will help you experience everything West Palm Beach has to offer.

Why they chose this property

When we were looking for our home, Northwood stood out the most. It's proximity to Northwood Village, the waterfront just one block away, Palm Beach Island and downtown WPB just 1 mile away were a part of the key to our decision. we bought a piece of land and built here in 2000, when some thought we were crazy. NOW, we are praised for our vision, as Northwood has become one of THE hottest neighborhoods in West Palm Beach. Years later we bought the house next to us, what is now The Little Pink House. The neighborhood is a TRUE neighborhood, meaning, you really know your neighbors. We have monthly cocktail parties, fundraisers, food truck nights 1 Friday a month, Christmas is especially fun, as the kids all sing carols and perform, Santa comes on the firetruck for photo opts and we all bring a dish and festive cocktails. I absolutely LOVE this neighborhood and can't imagine living anywhere else.

What makes this property unique

I love this property for it's chic and cool vibe. It is comfortable yet stylish, and the location is awesome. We have a fabulous Village with wonderful restaurants and unique shops. We bought it years after we deeded away the empty lot next door and built our primary home; always looking back lamenting we should have bought it all 30 yrs ago when we had the opportunity. But we ended up getting it anyway. Gutted it to the stick and made it the beautiful home it is today.
