Exclusive Apartment with Sea View, Pool, Gym, Sauna & Whirlpool

Nestled among almond and fig trees and just minutes from the Ria de Alvor estuary and the 4 km long Meia Praia beach, the Foz da Ria resort offers ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday.

The spacious pool area with a separate children’s pool and sun loungers invites you to unwind. A playground is located right next to it. You also have access to a fitness room with sauna and whirlpool, surrounded by subtropical gardens. The fitness room is equipped with a treadmill, indoor bike, multi-gym and abdominal trainer.

Opposite the resort you will find the tennis court. Pools, fitness room, sauna, whirlpool and tennis court are available all year round.

Golf enthusiasts can reach the renowned Palmares Golf Course—a challenging 18-hole course set among rolling hills and the dunes of Meia Praia—within minutes. The charming town of Lagos with its pedestrianised old town, numerous restaurants, bars, shops and attractions is about 7 km away.

The Apartment
The apartment is located on the first floor, with an elevator available.

The spacious living room with dining area includes a CD player and a large smart TV with internet access. From the living room, you access the furnished south-facing balcony with two sun loungers and a wonderful view of the sea and pool area.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and more. The small adjoining kitchen balcony offers a lovely view of the Monchique Mountains.

Two bedrooms are available:
• Bedroom 1: Double bed and access to the balcony with pool and sea view
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds and access to the balcony with a view of the Monchique Mountains

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower attachment.

Air conditioning (cooling & heating) in the living room and free Wi-Fi complete the offer.

Important Information
During the heating season, electricity costs are not included in the rental price. They are calculated on site according to consumption and paid in cash. Final cleaning included. For stays of 14 nights, an intermediate cleaning is included.

Fabulous apartment

Very nice , really well equipped apartment. Beautiful quiet complex with lovely views , swimming pools and grounds are also well kept . Location is very remote …. you absolutely need a car as there aren’t any bars or shops nearby .

Beautiful views in a quiet location. Spotlessly clean, modern apartment. Ideal size for a family of 4. Pool area is so well kept and clean. Lovely breeze to keep us cool. Kitchen was well stocked. Only small issue was the safety deposit box wasn't available to us.

Wonderful home base for the western Algarve

Our family of four (kids ages 7 and 9) had a wonderful week long stay at Foz de Ria. The apartment was well appointed and clean, and check in and communication were great. The kids loved the pool and we loved being a short way from the busy areas without feeling too far away from anything. We would definitely stay again. Only recommendations are for some additional pillows (the few we had weren’t great) and some oscillating fans for the warmer nights with no breeze (we requested both with no luck; ultimately bought our own fan). The living room AC works great.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit an der Algarve.Das Apartment ist toll, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es mangelt an keinem Detail - es ist alles da (sogar eine Kühlbox für unterwegs).Sehr nette Kontakt zu Britta, Check-in und Check-out liefen tiptop.Die Anlage ist recht ruhig, die Bewohner dort sind relativ zurückgezogen.Toller Blick aufs Meer (und auf der Nordseite ins Gebirge), es ging immer ein Lüftchen, so dass wir die Klimaanlage nicht mal gebraucht hatten.Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich, aber die Ausgangslage ist perfekt, knapp 10 Minuten bis zum nächsten großen Supermarkt, man ist schnell am Meer und Lagos ist auch in einer Viertelstund erreicht.Kann es nur jedem weiterempfehlen!

Tolle Anlage, sehr gepflegt. Man braucht ein Auto, da etwas abgelegen, die Ruhe war für uns aber sehr erholsam. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer, waren zu viert unterwegs, jeder hatte Möglichkeit auf Rückzug. Sehr netter Kontakt, genaue Beschreibung für CheckIn und CheckOut, im Allgemeinen war alles genau wie beschrieben.
