The holiday villa is located just a few minutes' drive from the baroque town of Noto and the sandy beaches in the area.

In the spacious private grounds is the 12 m x 6 m swimming pool (salt electrolysis, April - end of October, longer on request) with sun loungers. Local elements, such as the natural stone of Modica, have also been used to furnish the house. A small highlight is the lovingly restored fishing boat next to the barbecue, which invites you to daydream with its lounge cushions. The house has 200 square metres of living space and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The olives produce up to 400 litres of organic extra virgin olive oil, which is available to guests after harvesting and pressing.
