Great!

We spent 3 weeks at Milena's Villa and had an amazing time! Very relaxing by the pool, at the beach, on the several terraces. Would recommend and come back as soon as I can.

Großzügige Villa

Vielen Dank an unsere sehr nette Vermieterin Milena! Das großzügige Haus ist super gelegen (Bäcker und kl. Supermarkt in 5 gut Minuten fußläufig), hervorragend ausgestattet (genügend Decken, Küchenutensilien, gutes WLAN, abgeschlossener Parkplatz, überdachte Terrasse, ...) und war für uns als Kletterer ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die gesamte Ost-Küste. Insgesamt machen Haus und Garten einen gepflegten und liebevoll gestalteten Eindruck. Zum Empfang standen Keks und Wasser für uns bereit. Milena war immer super zu erreichen, hat uns mit Tipps versorgt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Wunderschöne elegante Villa

Ein geräumiges, topp eingerichtetes Haus mit sehr großem Garten, 5 bis 10 min zu Fuß entfernt von einem schönen Sandstrand mit Café und Restaurant und 2 kleinen Geschäften für den täglichen Bedarf. Weitere Strände in der Nähe. Super Lage, da schnell in Syrakus und Noto ( je ca 15/20 min mit dem Auto), in der Umgebung gibt es viel zu unternehmen. Sehr freundliche, aufmerksame Vermieterin, die z.B. einen Willkommenskorb mit Wasser, Milch, Kaffe und diversen Kleinigkeiten zu Essen vorbereitet hatte. Sogar Gewürze, Spül- und Waschmittel waren vorhanden. Alles bestens ausgestattet und wie beschrieben. Milena spricht Englisch und hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin Milena!

Esther, il marito Ilya e i loro bambini sono stati ospiti ottimi, simpatici, gentili ed educati. Sono stati davvero ammirevoli! Hanno avuto rispetto degli arredamenti e delle regole della casa. Spero di rivederli e di poterli ospitare di nuovo.

Accogliente, comoda e funzionale

Abbiamo villeggiato presso villa Milena dal 9 al 23 luglio, due famiglie con figli da 9 a 20 anni per un totale di 9 persone. La villa ci ha ospitato comodamente. L'accoglienza e la premura della signora Milena sono deliziose. La villa rispetta tutto quanto descritto sul sito è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le meravigliose spiagge del Siracusano e tutte le bellezze dei dintorni. Vicini marker, ristoranti e altri servizi raggiungibili anche a piedi. Sempre a piedi la possibilità di avere una zona di roccia (piatta e non ostica all'entrata in mare) e di sabbia , la spiaggia di fontane bianche (troppo sfruttata e quindi affollata a mio avviso). Non mancate la spiaggia gallina e la più lontana ma imperdibile spiaggia dell'isola delle correnti. Un ringraziamento particolare alla signora Milena prodiga di consigli a 360 grandi su tutta la zona ed alla sua gentilissima e piacevolissima accoglienza. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. ..straconsigliato!

Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet,alles sauber,es fehlt an nichts, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

Ein recht herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieterin,Frau Milena ,die war sehr Aufmerksam. Wir hatten sehr herzlichen Empfang mit Überaschungskorb.wir haben sehr toll gefunden die Grösse der Villa..von allen Seiten gibt's Freiräume, wo kann man sich entspannen...Gartenmöbel und Liegen alles dabei, Garten ist auch zum mitbenutzen. Frau Milena war bei Fragen immer telefonisch erreichbar . Ich finde das Ferienvilla hat gute Lage um die Seenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen.Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert.Ich würde diese Feriendomizil weiter empfehlen.
