The backyard is where this home truly stands out. Set directly on the canal, you’ve got a full setup designed for relaxing, entertaining, and making the most of the coastal lifestyle. Start your day fishing off the dock, take the kayaks out into Perdido Bay, and wind down at night around the fire pit. Whether you're grilling, playing cornhole, or laying in the hammock, the entire space is designed to bring people together.



Inside, the home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 4 queen beds, making it ideal for families or group getaways. The layout offers a great balance of shared space and privacy, including an upstairs primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom for added comfort.



A unique feature of the property is the private mother-in-law suite, complete with its own entrance and kitchenette (full-size fridge, double hot plate, microwave, and sink). This space is perfect for guests who want a little extra separation—whether it’s extended family, friends, or a couple looking for their own retreat. Please note: access to this suite requires climbing stairs, which may not be suitable for all guests.



For boaters, it doesn’t get much easier. The home features a private dock with a dedicated slip, and you’re just 0.1 miles from Perdido Bay Boat Ramp, making launching and getting on the water quick and effortless.



Location-wise, you get the best of both worlds. You’re tucked away in a quiet waterfront setting, while still being just a short ~15 minute drive to the white sand beaches of Perdido Key and within easy reach of Downtown Pensacola for restaurants, nightlife, and local events.



For convenience, Barnacle Bob’s Bait Shop is just a short walk away—perfect for grabbing supplies before a day on the water.



Located just minutes from Naval Air Station Pensacola, this home offers a unique experience for guests looking to be close to one of the area’s most iconic attractions. During the season, you can even catch the world-famous Blue Angels practicing right from the home—an unforgettable sight as they soar overhead in perfect formation. Whether you're visiting for graduation events, military connections, or simply want a front-row seat to incredible aerial displays, this location adds an exciting and memorable element to your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the home, including all living spaces, the backyard, and waterfront amenities. Enjoy the private dock, kayaks, fire pit area, and outdoor setup designed for relaxing and entertaining.



The garage is available for guest use, and there is plenty of parking on-site, including space for boat trailers and RVs.



Guests will also have access to the private boat slip at the dock. Please note, the boat shown in photos is not included.



The mother-in-law suite is fully accessible to guests and offers a private entrance with its own kitchenette. Access to this suite requires climbing stairs.



Entry to the home is provided via a keypad for a smooth and contactless check-in experience.
