"Eversand 2" vacation home for up to 8 people

"Haus Eversand 2" welcomes you to this newly furnished semi-detached house, within easy walking distance of Duhnen village center, the beach, and the "AHOI" adventure pool. The fully equipped house impresses with its size and location.

With your dog and up to 8 people, you'll find plenty of space in this semi-detached house.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a TV. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and the third bedroom features a pull-out daybed. The comfortable sofa in the living room offers two additional sleeping spaces when unfolded.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to enjoy relaxed evenings of cooking, which you can then enjoy in the cozy living/dining room in front of the wood-burning stove.

The bathroom features a large corner bathtub as well as a shower. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.

The furnished terrace and adjoining fenced garden are accessible from the living room.

You can park your car behind the house.

Leider war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns überhaupt nicht stimmig. Die Unterkunft machte insgesamt einen sehr ungepflegten und lieblosen Eindruck.Bei unserer Ankunft waren unter der Couch noch Schokolade und Socken vom Vormieter zu finden. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ an mehreren Stellen zu wünschen übrig: Die Sitzkissen der Stühle und der Couch waren fleckig und die Toilettenbrillen ebenfalls nicht sauber. Zudem fehlten Toilettenpapier und Handtuchhalter. Die Plissees waren teilweise kaputt.Als ich nach dem fehlenden Gartenstuhl fragte, wurde mir lediglich gesagt, ich solle diesen beim Nachbarn holen. Das empfanden wir als sehr ungewöhnlich und wenig serviceorientiert.Positiv hervorheben möchte ich, dass unser Hund mitgebracht werden durfte. Außerdem wurde sofort reagiert, als die Spülmaschine ausgelaufen ist – das war leider auch die einzige Situation, bei der wir eine wirklich schnelle Reaktion erlebt haben.Auch der Außenbereich hat uns enttäuscht. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Sackgasse, in der die Vorgärten der anderen Häuser sehr gepflegt und ansprechend gestaltet waren. Dieses Haus stach leider negativ hervor, da der Außenbereich sehr lieblos wirkte – keine Blumen, keine wirkliche Gestaltung und insgesamt wenig einladend.Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde uns eine nachträgliche Reinigung angeboten. Diese haben wir jedoch nicht angenommen, da wir um eine Rückerstattung gebeten hatten. Da unser Hund während unseres Aufenthalts zeitweise alleine in der Wohung blieb

Für längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen

Für zwei Nächte war es okay, länger würde ich nicht bleiben wollen. Bei einem Haus für bis zu acht Personen würde ich zumindest acht Stühle erwarten. Leider waren nur sieben vorhanden und wir mussten mit Gartenstühlen improvisieren. Die Ausstattung der Küche war eher dürftig. Von den meisten Gläsern gab es nur sechs und mit den vorhandenen Töpfen ist kochen für acht Personen eine echte Herausforderung. Zudem roch es im gesamten Haus unangenehm muffig und das vorhandene Schlafsofa war auch eher eine Zumutung.
