Located in a residential area within walking distance of shops, cafés, supermarkets, and daily conveniences, the apartment offers a clean, bright, comfortable, and affordable stay. It is well-maintained and ideal for travelers seeking a practical space with essential amenities. Please note that the apartment is upstairs and accessible only by stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. We encourage guests to review the listing details, photos, and amenities carefully before booking to ensure it meets their expectations.
Guests will have access to the upper front porch, the garage for storage if needed.

When you arrive, the keys will be available in the little black lockbox on the front porch. The code is 6491

You will be staying in the upstairs apartment. Your reserved parking space is located in the driveway beside the white Dodge Grand Caravan. We kindly ask that you park on our side of the driveway, as the neighboring spaces are reserved for the business next door.

When you open the front door, you’ll find the light switch immediately behind the door on your right.

The house was Fillthy.There was no curtain on front door glass panel.So know privacy. Kitchen sink was very bad and we did not use the kitchen. We have paid for Pets but the backyard small grassy place was horible. The stair going down was dirty and we took one time only but the grassy area had lots of weeds and full of owners dog poops. Owener never remove her their dog poops. it was horrible. I took my dog outside with my car. .No aircondition in living room. Wastage of money and we left one day early. Dont rent this house if like clean environment.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we feel it’s important to clarify a few points. During your stay, we did not receive any communication regarding concerns about cleanliness or the privacy of the space, which would have allowed us to address any issues at the time. We also discussed the temperature during your stay and explained that, due to the rain, it had dropped. This is a cooler region, even in the summer at times. That said, you were informed that the air conditioning was available for use at all times. The indoor environment remained comfortable, and the air conditioning was not needed. Regarding the outdoor area, you suggested using the front yard for your pets. That request was politely declined, and instead you were offered the backyard, which is the designated and appropriate area for that purpose. The backyard is regularly maintained, and there were no issues with pet waste during the stay. You also requested that one of the two dogs be left out of the crate while you were away from the house. We explained that house rules require both pets to remain in their crates when guests are not present, for safety and to protect the property. Regarding cleanliness, we maintain high preparation standards before each guest’s arrival and did not receive any concerns during your stay indicating otherwise. We wish you all the best moving forward.

The house is near the beautiful Delaware Park, designed as a peaceful natural retreat. It is close to cafes, restaurants, museums, universities and the zoo, many of them within walking distance.
