The chalet has three floors and a basement. It has an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, with access to a patio and garden. In addition there is a separate toilet and boot dryer in the hallway and a ski locker outside. The 1st floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The 2nd floor has an en-suite bedroom with covered balcony. There is also a balcony attached to the 1st floor family room. There is a sizeable garden and a basement with laundry facilities, ironing board and an additional TV snug. The house has underfloor heating and an air-filtration system for the summer. The house is in a quiet position on the famous Schmittenstrasse in Zell am See (perfectly located between the city Xpress lift and the trass Xpress, Schmittenhöhebahn and Sonnalmbahn lifts) within walking distance of the charming town centre, restaurants and bars and only 200 meters from bus stops in both directions.
The booking includes the much sought after Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card, which provides huge savings on many tourist attractions including boat rides and mountain lifts.

Fantastic vaccation!

Very nice facilities with everything to make the stay perfect. A little bit far from town, but it works very well with busses from/to town. Our host was so helpful and very friendly - he came the day of check-put and drove our luggage to the station. This was so good, that we might come back!

Great place for a family hoilday

Stayed for a week in May and we loved it . There was 5 adults and 3 children and this chalet held us all comfortably. Apartment was clean and tidy with a good size garden for kids to play in. Situated about 10 minute walk from centre but buses were available if required. Owner kept us informed about our stay prior to arrival and was available during our stay. All in all had a lovely holiday here and would book again

Wonderful place

A tidy and cosy house with all you could ask for. Andy was pleasant and helped out fast with questions when they arose. We had a great time in the house with the exceptional well-equipped bathroom and cosy living room. The place is located right beside the mountain and within walking distance of lifts and groceries.

Wonderful chalet.

Forget me knot chalet had everything a ski family of 5 could ask for, including an incredible boot warmer. Andy was very helpful and responsive, even helping us get to and from the train station. We made use of the well stocked kitchen and very good local restaurants. You do not need a car unless venturing further away. The bus system is very good.

Andy er en meget imødekommende vært som giver detaljerede informationer om indkvarteringen og gode råd til området. Et plus er mobilitets-kortet, som er med i prisen. Det brugte et par af os til en togtur til Salzburg. Huset er godt indrettet - vi var to familier med fire voksne og fire store teenagere og vi kunne sagtens være i huset. Placeringen er også god med gåafstand til byen og hvis sneen er god er der ski-in. Det var en varm uge vi boede i huset, så vi kørte mest til Kitzsteinhorn-gletsjeren hvor der var god sne. Det er kun godt 20 min. fra huset i bil. Alt i alt en perfekt ferie.

Mooi grote woning en van alle gemakken voorzien

Voor onze vriendengroep van 10 personen was er geen gebrek aan ruimte; grote woonkamer, badkamer en met max 2 personen op een kamer, perfect! We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf.

Perfecte accommodatie voor grotere groep

Het huis is keurig netjes en ruim opgezet. Ideaal voor een grotere groep door de indeling van de slaapkamers. De gastheer is extreem behulpzaam en heel erg vriendelijk! De ligging is prima, vlakbij het centrum en in de buurt van de liften naar de pistes.

Heerlijke vakantie. Huis top! Contact met de beheerder super. Snel bereikbaar en soepele inchecken en uitchecken. Hadden top sneeuw en konden terug skiën naar het huisje. Lopen centrum huis 15 minuten. We hebben genoten! Was top!!

Großes Chalet mit hervorragender Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben fünf Tage unseres Sommerurlaubs als fünfköpfige Familie in dem Chalet verbracht. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Ausstattung und Räumlichkeiten sind prima. Für uns fünf ist natürlich mehr als ausreichend Platz.Bis zum Zentrum muss man ein paar Meter laufen, dafür ist es recht ruhig und nah zu den Gondeln. An der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts auszusetzen, die Ausstattung war sehr umfangreich, die Beschreibungen zutreffend. Die Betreuung war super, Andy hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles erläutert.

Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen

Wir waren mit 2 Familien im Haus. Eine sehr schöne und voll ausgestattete Doppelhaushälfte. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen ansonsten fährt mehrmals täglich ein Bus. Ein super Blick auf die Berge. Ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Super verblijf

Super verblijf net iets buiten het centrum. S'ochtend kon je de gratis skibus omhoog of omlaag nemen naar 1 van de gondels. Met een paar min ben je er. De bushalte is een paar minuten van het huis vandaan. En 's middags natuurlijk ook weer de skibus terug. Naar het centrum is bergje af en goed te lopen (zonder skispullen). Verblijf is ook goed. Goeie keuken met oven en vaatwasser. Ruime badkamers en ook nog een apart toilet beneden.

Schöne Haushälfte in perfekter Lage

Super Haus für Gruppen

Wir waren als 10er Gruppe zum Skifahren vor Ort. Das Haus hat alles geboten, was wir brauchten. Der Ski-Lift und das Stadtzentrum sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Skibus fährt aber auch direkt vor der Tür ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super tolle Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt

Es bestand immer ein super Kontakt zum Vermieter, vor-, während- und nach dem Aufenthalt. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und uns wurde alles genau erklärt. Ansonsten ist alles da was man braucht, Gesellschaftspiele, DVD Sammlung und der kleine gepflegte Garten. Einfach top, sollte es uns wieder mal dorthin verschlagen, wäre das die erste Adresse. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Super! Gerne wieder

Für uns war die Lage prima. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Landgasthof mit etwas Apreski und sehr leckeren Essen. Man konnte nach 3 min Gehweh direkt auf einen Ziehweg drauf und zur Gondel fahren. Sehr praktisch! Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war easy über Whats App. Gerne wieder 😊👍

Perfekter Winterurlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im täglichen Leben benötigt.Die Lage ist super. Ca 150m von der Unterkunft, fährt der Skibus in Richtung Schmitten. Ich würde jederzeit wieder Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft machen.
