The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please double check for personal belongings and leave sheets and blankets on the bed for our team.
Return parking passes, amenity key, and fitness room key to the key holder by the thermostat. $50 fee for lost keys.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No unregistered overnight guests: $150 fee per unauthorized guest and may result in termination of the reservation without refund.
Quiet Hours- Please observe quiet hours from 11pm–8am to respect neighbors.
Smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the balcony is not permitted. A $300 odor remediation fee will be charged if violated.

The condo is well decorated and well taken care of. The host is friendly and easy to communicate with. Checking in was a breeze. We could see the waves from the balcony. Our family enjoyed our stay here.
