From the living room, you can step out onto a cosy, sunny southeast-facing terrace with stylish patio furniture. Adjacent to the living room hallway, which includes a coat closet, is a bathroom with a shower.
A spiral staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find the cosy bedroom, furnished with a double bed.

The property features a high-quality outdoor sauna with a relaxation room, providing ample space to unwind. The communal sauna is accessible from all 15 apartments in the building, as are the washing machines and dryer in the laundry room.
