Location
The holiday home (the front-left half of the house in the exterior photo) is located on a quiet side street on the outskirts of the village of Risum-Lindholm, which has a population of approximately 3,700. In town, you’ll find shopping, a bakery, a heated outdoor pool, horseback riding, and much more. This charming village is an excellent base for numerous excursions in the surrounding area—whether trips to Sylt, Föhr, Amrum, or the Halligen islands, to Denmark, or even to the Baltic Sea. The nearest larger town, Niebüll, is 5 km away. A train station is within walking distance, about 750 m away. The Dagebüll harbour, with ferry connections to Föhr and Amrum, is 11 km away.

The holiday home is furnished in a modern Frisian style and features a spacious, open living area with a sofa nook in front of the wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV (satellite), a cosy dining area, and an open kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter size 4), electric kettle, toaster, and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils.
The country house offers 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a single bed on the ground floor (90 x 200), Bedroom 2 with a double bed (160 x 200) on the upper floor, and Bedroom 3 with two single beds.
The large bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub with a whirlpool function, and a washing machine.

In the small, fenced-in garden, you can wind down at the end of the day on the wind-protected terrace in comfortable garden chairs.

Special Features
In this non-smoking holiday home, you can park your car right next to the house. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge to our guests. Your four-legged friend is also welcome here. You can safely store any bicycles you bring with you in a garden shed. Since the upper bedroom has Danish-style windows that open outward, this accommodation is only suitable for small children to a limited extent (risk of accidents).

An initial set of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price.

Ein sehr schönes Haus

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Es ist wirklich mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dekoriert. Zwei Dinge die für uns nicht so schön waren, was bei anderen Leuten aber kein Problem sein dürfte: Der Parkplatz war für mein Auto viel zu klein/kurz, mit einem Kombi (über 5 Meter) kann man da nicht einparken. Die Treppe ist sehr schmal, steil und glatt, d.h. für unseren großen Hund war das Risiko die Treppe runter zu laufen und sich zu verletzen viel zu groß, so musste er unten bleiben.

Die Reetperle ist ein schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus in Massbüll, die mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Manko ist der Mangel an Pkw Stellplätzen. Wir waren mit 5 Personen und 2 PKW angereist, wovon nur einer eine Abstellmöglichkeit hatte. Ein Abstellen war auch außerhalb des Grundstückes in der unmittelbaren Nähe nicht möglich. Es fehlten bei der Ausstattung, Gegenstände wie zB. Küchenwaage , Weizenbiergläser , ausreichend Handtuchhalter im Bad um eine 5 Sterne Bewertung zu erreichen. Mancher wird jetzt denken Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber es geht ja um 5 Sterne. Wir haben uns trotzdem dort super wohl gefühlt, deswegen können wir dieses etwas Abseits von Niebüll gelegene Ferienhaus vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
