The trail down to Burke Bay is not maintained and may be challenging for young children or for those with mobility issues.

Depending on the time of year, the chickens may supply you with farm fresh eggs during your stay. In the kitchen pantry an egg carton has been provided to you for collecting eggs. Just make sure to give them a good rinse with warm water (no soap) before eating or storing in the fridge.

I spent a year traveling full-time with my wife in our DIY camper van, exploring national parks, hot springs, caves, big cities, ski resorts, and back roads. After exploring the whole country, the PNW is still where I want to be! When I’m not hosting find me snowboarding, sailing, or researching my next travel destination. I believe if you love something you should share it with others and that’s why I host!
