Probably one of the BEST apartments I have ever stayed in

Spotless clean, modern, and practical design, incredible well equipped ( there is absolutely everything you may need!!! ), super comfortable beds, fantastic views and a terrace, perfect location ( central yet quiet at night, endless options of restaurants and cafees, supermarket around the corner ) easy access and instructions how to get it, and also big free parking right up the street. Thank you so so much, highly recommended!!!!

One of the nicest apartments we’ve stayed in

I can honestly say this is one of the nicest apartments we’ve stayed in, clean, extremely well equipped, exactly as the description and picture. And a fab location, near the Marina, shops and loads of lovely restaurants right on the doorstep. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The location is fantastic!

Stayed in the property in April. The view is stunning. There are restaurants and promenade next to property but in April we had no problem with noise. Inside every is very clean and nice. Not cluttered. Has everything you possible need. I would definitely recommend the property.

Ideal location for those who want easy access to the beach. 1 min walk, so you can go to the beach a couple of times throughout the day. The host always replied promptly, making sure we had everything we need. The drainage in the shower room could be improved. Thank you!

Fantastic apartment

Fantastic apartment in a great location, right at the port among the best bars and restaurants but high up and great views. The best appointment apartment we’ve ever stayed in, it was really great. The sun awning wouldn’t retract and we worried about it during a storm.

Stunning views, stunning apartment

Amazing view from all areas of apartment. Apt was so well equipped and a fabulous welcome package. Extremely clean and very well furnished. Loved it and will be staying again. We would have liked black out blinds in the bedroom or the room was extremely bright once the sun rose. Also, there was no letter on the door which was slightly confusing at check in.

Когда мы зашли в квартиру, были приятно удивлены. Все соответствует описанию и фото. Было очень чисто. Потрясающий вид с балкона на побережье. В апартаментах есть все необходимое и даже больше. Кухня укомплектована всем, чем только возможно. Тарелки и вся посуда была новая и хорошего качества. В каждой комнате есть кондиционер, который спасал нас от жары. А ещё мы были в восторге от приветственного набора. Спасибо огромное, было очень приятно. Пляжные полотенца, зонты от солнца, фен, утюг, гладильная доска - всё там есть! Кровати и подушки были удобные. Прекрасно место.

Tolle, außergewöhnlich saubere Wohnung

Der Blick auf den Jachthafen ist Tag und Nacht faszinierend - die Wohnung schaut genau wie auf den Bildern aus. Die modernen , sehr großen Fenster nehmen im geschlossenen Zustand sehr viel vom Schall der belebten zentralen Lage - hat gerade in der Saisonvorbereitung mit Palmenpflege und Co sehr geholfen. Das Lichtkonzept, fast ausschließlich mit nicht dimmbaren Deckenlampen, würden wir uns zumindest im Wohnzimmer durch kleine Lampen noch gemütlicher wünschen (...nur eine Anregung ☺️).

Sommerverlängerung in Alcùdia

Die Lage des Appartements ist hervorragend mit der herrlichen Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Hafen und den Strand von Port d‘Alcúdia. Wir haben fast sechs Wochen hier verbracht und nichts für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vermisst. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig (u.a. DeLonghi Nespresso Maschine mit einer großen Auswahl an Kaffeekapseln, WMF Messerblock und Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen von Zwilling, alles in Bestzustand). Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen prompt und professionell. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist gut organisiert. Angenehm überrascht wurden wir auch von einem leckeren Willkommensgruß. Im Haus steht ein Fahrstuhl zur Verfügung. Zwei Supermärkte, in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar, sind auch in der Nachsaison immer geöffnet. Viele Restaurants und Bars an der Strandpromenade und in den Seitenstraßen waren bis zu unserer Abreise im Dezember noch geöffnet. Am Straßenende, ca. 100 m entfernt, kann man sein Auto (bislang jedenfalls) kostenlos parken, es stehen genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Ein kleines Manko ist die fehlende Lüftung im Bad. Die Türklinke zum Abstellraum (in dem die Waschmaschine steht), sollte repariert werden. Für Gäste, die gerne im Dunkeln schlafen, sollte in den beiden Schlafzimmern die Möglichkeit der Abdunklung geschaffen werden.

Schönes Apartment mit tollem Blick

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über viele Annehmlichkeiten. Der Blick über Port Alcudia war unser Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert, schnell und immer sehr freundlich. Weil wir mit einem Kleinkind unterwegs waren, war die Lautstärke im Haus und draußen für uns manchmal problematisch - insbesondere in den Abendstunden.

Toller Aufenthalt!

Check-In und Kommunikation reibungslos und transparent. Lage des Appartments ist top: kostenlose Parkplätze und tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Man ist „mittendrin“ und fußläufig schnell in Oldtown. Die Wohnung war toll und nach gutem Standard eingerichtet. Aufmerksames Willkommenspaket :-) Check out war unter der Woche leider nicht möglich - wären gerne ein paar Tage länger geblieben
