Probably one of the BEST apartments I have ever stayed in

Spotless clean, modern, and practical design, incredible well equipped ( there is absolutely everything you may need!!! ), super comfortable beds, fantastic views and a terrace, perfect location ( central yet quiet at night, endless options of restaurants and cafees, supermarket around the corner ) easy access and instructions how to get it, and also big free parking right up the street. The location is fantastic!

Stayed in the property in April. The view is stunning. There are restaurants and promenade next to property but in April we had no problem with noise. Inside every is very clean and nice. Not cluttered. Has everything you possible need. I would definitely recommend the property.

Highly recommended apartment at the port of Alcudia

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Spotless with everything you could ever need. Restaurants, beach and marina with activities all within 5-15 minutes walk. Ample free parking if you have a rental car. There’s a short walk from the car park to apartment so keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Lovely welcome amenities which were much appreciated after a long days travel. Check-in was smooth and hosts were super responsive. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely return.

Amazing view from all areas of apartment. Apt was so well equipped and a fabulous welcome package. Extremely clean and very well furnished. Loved it and will be staying again. We would have liked black out blinds in the bedroom or the room was extremely bright once the sun rose. Also, there was no letter on the door which was slightly confusing at check in.

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage

Wir verbrachten 14 Tage in der wirklich sehr schönen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die Lage ist super und der Ausblick einfach traumhaft. Alles sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Wir hatten leider Pech, der Aufzug war fast für die gesamte Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes defekt, da erst ein Ersatzteil geliefert werden musste. Besonders positiv möchten wir in diesem Zusammenhang den Austausch mit der Agentur bewerten. Sie war immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir fühlten uns bestens aufgehoben und haben am Ende des Urlaubs direkt wieder für das nächste Jahr gebucht. Ein paar mehr Kaffeetassen und schärfere Messer wären schön. Für uns persönlich wäre auch eine indirektere, gemütlichere Beleuchtung im Wohnraum schön gewesen. Es gibt dort nur Deckenstrahler mit sehr hellem Licht. Und ein paar mehr Steckdosen z.B. am Sofa, um das Handy zu laden. Aber das ist nur unser persönliches Empfinden.

Schöne Wohnung und an bester Lage

Alles hat im Vorfeld einwandfrei funktioniert. Tolle Aussicht. Sehr gutes und viel Geschirr und Pfannen. Bequeme Betten. Gratis Parkplatz in der Nähe. Ein toller Lebensmittelkorb. Vielen Dank! Leider war der Schlafkomfort durch die transbarenten Rollos und die beleuchtete Umgebung gestört. Auch liess ein Nachbar regelmässig Morgens um 5.30 sein Fernseher laut laufen. Am Abreisetag mussten wir unsere Koffer und den Abfall vier Stockwerke runterschleppen, da der Lift am Vortag ausgefallen ist. Darum ein Stern weniger.
