The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Rentals scheduled on Thursday will be responsible for taking the trash bin on the side of the house to the curb before bedtime. Trash pick up is around 5am Friday morning.
Ensure all furniture is in its original location inside the house and in the backyard. Place all Pool floats/toys in bin next to the Hammock.
Ensure firepit is turned off and covers put back on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking permited inside the home. Any evidence will result in additional cleaning fees.
Quiet Hours are 10:00pm - 8:00am. Outdoor TV, speakers, and firepit must be used respectfully.
Pool is heated in April and October only and not heated on demand. No lifeguard, use at own risk. No glass containers around pool.

We had such a great stay! The house had everything we needed and honestly went above and beyond with the accommodations. Everything was well organized and easy to find, which made settling in and enjoying our time there so easy.The backyard was especially amazing and was set up perfectly for spending the entire day outside hanging out together. We lounged, did homework, watched movies, played yard games, non stop swimming and even dried off next to the evening fire every day/night. You can really tell the host put so much thoughtful effort into the home and into making sure guests have a comfortable, enjoyable stay. There were so many little touches that made a difference. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again!

This was a true oasis! The inside is tastefully and beautifully, tastefully & peacefully decorated. The house is well stocked in both kitchen and bathrooms. Beds are comfortable, and the linens and towels are great quality.The backyard is where this house shines even more! What an amazing outdoor space. There was plenty of seating, umbrellas, towels & pool toys. My kids stayed in the pool 6.5 hours straight! The backyard is beautiful at night when all the outdoor solar lighting turns on.Hands down the best rental we've ever stayed in! I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the house had to offer!

BOOK THIS PLACE!! I've travelled a lot, out of state and in Kansas. This was one of my top rentals I've stayed, out of anywhere! This was one time the listing actually didn't do it justice - it was even better in person! Not to oversell it...but this property was fantastic. So much space! The house just kept going, all the rooms were big, the living spaces were abundant.And. You guys.This back yard was 100/10! Even if it's not pool season, I'd still grab this place in a heartbeat! 2 outdoor gas firepits, outdoor television, tons of seating outside. I typically don't rebook rentals because I just enjoy seeing what's out there, but I will 100% rebook this next year for our girls trip! It was just 4 of us old college roommates this time, but we all agreed it'd be a great spot to bring the kids with next year!And ps, the hosts were great and super easy to contact. Book. This. House!

Beautiful home with awesome pool and deck. The outdoor area with tv, fire pit and blackstone grill was such a hit! Two spacious living areas with big tv’s, and tv’s in every bedroom. The host was amazing and quick to respond to any questions. Very nice place, will definitely be back!

This is an amazing property. We live in Colorado and have family in Oklahoma and this was the perfect meeting place for us. My grand kids enjoyed the pool so much that we didn’t even have to look for any other activities!!! We have all agreed that we should stay longer next time. We will be back!!!

I especially love that guests can spend the day exploring the city and then come back to a comfortable, private space to unwind by the pool and enjoy a relaxing evening at home.
