- Open kitchen including stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses

- 1 bedroom with a double bed for 2 people (160 cm x 200 cm, split mattresses 2 x 80 cm) and an additional TV

- Bathroom with natural light, a toilet, a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, a heated towel rack, and ample storage space

- One parking space directly next to the house

- Wi-Fi available

- Underfloor heating throughout the apartment
