great place for a family get together. the pool and the waterfall were the highlight and the collection of books was great.

The property was a good fit for our family reunion of 11 adults and six children ages six to 12. Our questions about the kitchen were answered promptly .The pool and spa were good features. The terrance was beautiful and a good setting for outdoor meals for 17 people.

The home is very comfortable and the size and separated rooms worked out really well for our large extended family. Some rooms had better air flow than others Or better A/C. I was surprised there was a rooster crowing early in the morning but I am used to that. The traffic noise was louder than I expected but also means easy access to 101!
