Hot tub and spa bath tub not useable. We were very disappointed Everything else was as listed but at the price you would have expected those things to be operational.

Hi Sheryl, I'm very sorry the hot tub was too warm and the spa bath tub had a plumbing issue. We value your experience, and wish you would have reached out to us right away and we would have sent someone over immediately to tend to this issues. Thank you for letting us know after checkout- we were able to address after your departure and everything was fixed. I hope you enjoyed all other home amenities and the time on the lake still, and would be happy to welcome you back again.
